Asistente T.I. is a powerful mobile application designed exclusively for Petroleos Mexicanos staff to report IT failures and request services efficiently from any location using a smartphone. This user-friendly assistant allows users to update their profiles for easy contact and exact location identification by support specialists, streamlining assistance.

With Asistente T.I., you can manage a wide range of IT-related issues such as SAP account unlocking, password changes, phone extension configurations, PC hardware problems, email faults, radio system failures, and domain password resets, among others. The app also provides real-time status updates on service requests with filtering options to view open, closed, or canceled tickets. Additionally, users can rate service quality through simple surveys after each service interaction and receive timely notifications on IT service events via the Messages feature. The app uses your PC login credentials for seamless access without the need for additional usernames or passwords and is regularly updated with new features to enhance user experience.
