The app worked as described. I purchased insurance for redelivery and contacted customer service. They responded immediately. To clarify movements, the inmate was originally at (X Facility), was moved to (Y Facility), and then transferred back to (X Facility) all within 1 month. SMH They assessed the situation, noting normal services only cover one redelivery, with insurance. However, they have resent my Inmates gift. I appreciate your customer service team, and your services! THANK YOU 😊 🙏

This is the first time I have ever tried to send anything to a prison. This process is not what I expected even when I paid for an express delivery. I'm not happy with the delivery time that was told to me and written in the app. i ordered pictures on the 26th of last month.They did not go out to the 31st of last month.And they are still not there. and I paid for express delivery, thinking that the pictures will get there at the same time as the first one.But nothing has arrived. So NO dont.
