User Reviews

Multiple reviewers report frequent login/SMS failures, startup crashes or freezes, and slow performance. When logged in the app can perform core tasks and now supports switching between subscriptions, but users criticize the UI and the cumbersome authentication flow (fingerprint added but still requires SMS).

Pros

Core account features work for some users (viewing account info, basic tasks).
Supports multiple subscriptions/numbers (recently added ability to switch between subscriptions).
Some users find the app acceptable or 'does the job' when it functions properly.

Cons

Widespread login/authentication failures — SMS codes often don’t arrive or can’t be entered.
Crashes, freezes, or becomes stuck on the loading screen at startup.
Very slow and unresponsive performance after opening the app.
Poor UX around authentication — fingerprint requires an extra SMS step and no automatic SMS code autofill.
