I emailed your company a week ago about 2 issues. My i200C computer, purchased in 2021, will not establish a link with my Samsung S21 phone, and my previous dive data from 2021, which was in DiverLog, is now missing. No one has contacted me about either issue. I am going on another trip to Belize and I wanted to have these issues resolved. But your lack of communication is telling me that I should buy another computer and toss this piece of junk, since you apparently don't want to help me.

Unable to update firmware in our VEO 4.0 computers, the shop has approximately 36 that are asking for an update. The problem we're having is its timing out after completely downloading.The update then has an arrow code.You hit OK and it shuts off the computer.Please explain we need to update our computers.
