Been using for nearly 2 years. Emergency features are never accurate or don't work at all. Staff onsite not accurate, and when operating multiple sites, they sometimes all show up as being at just one of those sites together. Logging staff on and off can take up to 30s or just times out completely. Onsite are aware but say server issue's etc.(NOT MY PROBLEM ONSITE) Customer service is not good, or is it because the app is unfixable Very basic app could be a lot better. Alas better than nothing
