It will tell you the allowable current and circuit breaker recommendation, possible power, grounding wire selection, etc.
1-2 (Voltage drop)
If you enter the wire type, thickness, load, distance, etc., you can check how much voltage drop occurs. It shows a comparison table of voltage drop rates by wire thickness under the given conditions.
1-3 (Cable selection)
If you enter the power type, load, distance, etc., it recommends a cable based on the allowable current, and also shows a table that considers both the allowable current and voltage drop.
1-4 (Save function)
You can save and load frequently used environments in basic calculations.
2. Conduit calculator
After adding cables by type and selecting the desired conduit and size, you can check if the conduit is possible to construct.
The cross-section of the wires, etc. that go into the actual conduit is visualized, so you can more intuitively determine whether it is possible. You can also save frequently used environments.
3. LED voltage drop Calculator
It was intuitively built as an LED voltage drop calculator, but it can be applied to other loads. It was built for reference when constructing streetlights and lighting. The reason for dividing the wire thickness up to LED No. 1 and the wire thickness after No. 1 is that in the case of DC lighting, the first load is wired with a thick wire, and the remaining main lines are wired with thin wires.
4. Charging Material Calculator
The reason for including this calculator in electrical calculations is that there are many cases where you need to use mortar, asphalt, etc. unexpectedly when doing electrical work.
In the case of small amounts, mortar or asphalt are sometimes purchased in bags and used for construction, so both the required amount in bags and the required amount in vehicles were calculated.
5. Grounding System Calculator
This is the calculator that I paid the most attention to, but it is the one that has the biggest difference in accuracy from actual work. Grounding work is a matter of luck, so calculations can be largely meaningless, but sometimes there are inquiries asking to make 5 ohms in soil over 500 ohms. Usually, it is a difficult task unless it is a major construction, but this calculator was created to theoretically figure out how to get the target value. As with all the calculators above, it is for quick reference during design and construction.
Since there are variables beyond imagination in actual sites...
I tried to refer to the KEC regulations for the most part, but there are some ambiguous parts, and there may be errors when searching, and the UI is not unified and messy, but I think it can be used for reference right away, so I plan to register it on the Google Play Store first. It is still an early version, so it is not yet decided whether it will stop here or be upgraded further depending on the users.
