2023-01-29	Mi*****	New unit but won't allow me to connect...I can see it in my Bluetooth pairing devices but when I open the app it never finds it. I made sure all permissions were accepted. Tried unplugging and plugging the charger several times but still unable to connect. I'm running a pixel 6 w Android 13..... I appreciate the reply ...tried your recommendation still no connectivity and my charger does show the prolink symbol. I'll call tech support on Monday.
