Select your preferred building, floor, space type, and time slot through a guided booking wizard. Meeting room reservations support guest invitations with optional email notifications. Calendar integration displays real-time availability at a glance.

Visitor Management
External visitors register through a streamlined process capturing personal details, visit purpose, and host employee information. The system includes mandatory security declarations, ensuring compliance with facility safety protocols. Visitors receive check-in confirmation and are tracked throughout their visit.

Laptop Asset Tracking
Maintain records of employee laptop assignments including model and asset numbers. During check-in, the system compares registered laptops against those entering the building, flagging discrepancies for security review.

Push Notifications
Stay informed with real-time alerts for booking confirmations, upcoming reservation reminders, check-in status updates, and important announcements. Firebase Cloud Messaging ensures reliable delivery across all devices.

User Profile Management
Manage your profile with personal details, building assignment, programme selection, and profile photo. Update laptop information and contact details anytime.

SECURITY & RELIABILITY
P-Connect™ is built with enterprise-grade security featuring HTTPS encryption, JWT-based authentication, and role-based access control. Passwords are securely hashed, and tokens expire automatically for enhanced protection. The Azure-hosted backend ensures 99.5% availability during business hours.
