Shift your sheep management from paper notebooks to your smartphone.

SheepFarm is an individual sheep management app created for small-scale sheep farms in Japan.

It brings together breeding, health, medication, weight, and income/expenses, allowing you to quickly access the information you need.

■ Works even with weak signal

Sheep farms and pastures sometimes have poor signal reception.

SheepFarm was designed from the start to be usable offline.

• You can view and input records even without a signal.

• Entered data is saved on your device and automatically syncs to the cloud when a signal is restored.

• You'll be notified at the top of the screen if there are records that haven't been synced.

There's no need to "re-enter data later at the office." You can record on the spot.

■ Retrieve individual sheep with QR codes

Simply scan the QR code attached to the ear tag with your camera to open that sheep's record.

This eliminates the need to search for numbers and scroll through lists.

If you scan a QR code that hasn't been registered yet, you can proceed directly to new registration.

■ What can be recorded

• Individual information: Tag color and number, breed, sex, date of birth, group, acquisition method
• Breeding: Automatic calculation of expected calving date from mating records (mating date + 147 days). Records of calving and registration of lambs, automatic linking of mother-offspring relationships
• Health: Records of medical history
• Medication: Management of medication history and withdrawal periods
• Weight: Records of weight and automatic calculation of weight gain (average per day)
• Photos: Photos of each individual
• Income and Expenses: Records of income and expenses, summaries by category and individual

■ Management by tag color and number

This system aligns with the "color + number" identification system commonly used on ear tags in Japanese farms.

If the color and number combination is duplicated for individuals being raised, a warning will be issued before saving.

Even if you enter full-width numbers in Japanese input, they will be treated the same as half-width numbers for search and matching.

■ Farm-wide expenses are also visible for each individual

Some expenses, such as feed costs, cannot be divided individually.

SheepFarm automatically distributes the income and expenses of the entire farm, group, and tag color evenly among the individual animals.

The number of animals used for distribution is saved as of the time of recording, so even if the number of animals changes later, past calculations will remain unchanged.

Even with the free plan, there are no restrictions on the recording itself.

All facts, such as the date of recording, are displayed even in the free plan.

Subscriptions are paid for through Google Play and can be canceled at any time.

■ Printing and Registration Service (Paid, Optional)

We offer a service to handle tasks that tend to be manual, separate from the app's functions. Use of this service is optional.

* QR Label Printing: We print individual QR codes on weather-resistant stickers and deliver them to you. Simply attach them to your ear tags, and you can scan and retrieve individual animals. This service is available with any plan.
* Bulk Data Registration: We accept your ledger or Excel file, and register the individual animal data. A minimum of 10 animals is required; a Standard Plan contract is necessary.

Applications are accepted via email. Payment is by bank transfer (prepayment) and is handled separately from payments made through Google Play. ■ Privacy

• No advertisements will be displayed.
• We do not analyze usage or track behavior.
• We do not collect your name, address, phone number, or location information.
• Data on the cloud is restricted to being read and written only from your account.

The camera is used only for reading QR codes and taking photos of individual sheep.
