2024-10-21	Ge*****	Easy to use. Even if you lose your password and user name, PCU employees are personable and quick to help get you back on line. Deposits are as quick as a blink and you are notified immediately when check has been accepted.

2024-08-15	P *****	Laggy, slow and the set-up is what i deem unprofessional. Please fix your cloud server. Its laggy and blames me for a bad connection. That is unprofessional. I do not want to walk in-store to see my balance. This has really been a 3 year issue. Im leaving your bank when i can. Great workers, horrible horrible implementions. Your app down right sucks. Also the fact your server sucks and youve been informed of this, but decided to use a face of a child in the loading screen speaks volumes.

Update 4/6/23: Still not good. 5mo since last update makes me nervous abt their security. 7/25/24: Still trash. -1 star. No pdf acct statement or screenshot ability. Acct hist only to May.

2024-05-11	Da*****	App is always down, and you can not view all of your transactions on all of your accounts. Needs another app to pair with it to see additional account info. It's probably the worst banking app I have ever used. On top of that the other app is always down as well. Defeats the purpose of online banking when I have to either call or go in to find out certain things. Update: This app still sucks.

2023-12-30	Te*****	Online banking with Peninsula is simple, clear, precise and exactly what I need! Being that I'm not computer savvy makes it perfect for me to use. I absolutely love this credit union & all it provides!!!! I highly recommend them!
