Please, be honest with your customers. You charge 3% for transfer from Poland to Ukraine (calculated for 1000 PLN transfer). It would be much better to just show it to customers and don't lie to them about zero comission fee and better exchange rate. I know that you have to earn as a company. That's not the problem. The problem is that you are not honest with your customers. It may be caled fraud, actually.
