MONTHLY PAYROLL
• Monthly payrun for one or all employees
• PAYE (cumulative method with age rebates and medical tax credits), UIF and SDL
• SARS tax tables for the 2026/2027 tax year; new tables come with updates
• Employer types: normal, domestic and bargaining council
• PDF payslips for all or selected employees, with employer contributions
• Pay Sheet: a bank payment list (the app does not make payments)

SARS AND UIF PAPERWORK
• EMP201 PDF: monthly PAYE, UIF and SDL totals with the PRN. You submit on SARS eFiling.
• EMP501 Reconciliation (Bi-Annual and Final): a working paper plus a CSV for import into SARS e@syFile, with validation checks. IRP5/IT3(a) certificates are produced in e@syFile.
• UI-19 form (PDF or CSV) and a uFiling UIF declaration CSV for bulk upload, with a guide
• COIDA Return of Earnings worksheet (PDF)
• Employee, GL and YTD reports as PDF or CSV; print, save, e-mail or WhatsApp them

EMPLOYEE ADMIN
• Contracts (free): permanent, fixed term, casual and independent contractor; BCEA particulars PDF, or council templates for MEIBC, MIBCO, NBCEI and NBCPSS
• Leave Module: annual, sick and family responsibility leave balances, adjustments, history and leave in the payrun. Annual leave accrues at 1.25 days a month.
• Bargaining Council Module: BC Returns with council worksheets and schedules for MEIBC, MIBCO, NBCEI and NBCPSS (not official council submissions)
• Disciplinary Module: fair-procedure checklist and 9 letter types (warnings, hearing, outcome, suspension, appeal) as PDF in English or Afrikaans. Not legal advice.

FREE AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Free: one employer, monthly payrun with the basic IRP5 codes (3601 and 3607 plus medical aid members), payslips, Pay Sheet, all reports, contracts, backup and both languages. Your first active employee is free for 60 days from first install.
Optional Google Play subscriptions:
• Active employees: Extra Active Employee (one more), or the 5, 10 and 25 Active Employees Packs. Packs can be combined.
• Full Transactions (all IRP5 codes): every IRP5 income and deduction code, e.g. allowances, bonuses, fringe benefits
• Leave Module, Bargaining Council Module, Disciplinary Module
• Multi-Employer: add and switch between employers, with separate payroll per employer
One employer per install unless you subscribe to Multi-Employer. Google Play shows the price before you buy.

YOUR DATA AND PRIVACY
• Your payroll records (employees, ID numbers, salaries, bank details) are stored on your phone. The Google Play version does not send them to us.
• No ads. No analytics or crash-reporting tools. The Google Play Billing library may send technical diagnostics about the billing connection to Google.
• The app does not encrypt its own database. Protect your phone with a screen lock and the app PIN, and keep backup copies safe.
