2026-07-03	Su*****	Worst customer support I have ever experienced. They rejected my account without giving any clear reason. Support asked me to create a new account with a different email and even guided me on how to enter my name. I followed every instruction, but they rejected the new account too. They keep sending the same copy-paste replies without explaining the real issue. Very disappointing and a complete waste of my time. very bad 😞
