Possibly stealing information?? STAY AWAY. CHANGE PASSWORDS.GET NEW CARD NUMBERS. Would not let me connect BMO cards, BMO says everything is fine on their end, and that I was inputting everything correctly. But wouldn't let me connect them to start earning rewards. Just accepted my bank card and password a bunch of times to say two factor authorization is required. I complete that correctly ( verified by BMO ) and paymi app says it's invalid. Terribly sketchy. Can't believe linked to CIBC

UPDATE ... still awful customer service. Sent 5 messages to help and not a single response when asking why cashback has not been credited for a December purchase. Has become awful. Used to be good at the beginning ... Now cashback is not credited and customer service never responds anymore. Been waiting a month for a response and nothing. Glad I took my large cashout when I did becuase this is so not worth it.
