2024-08-08	Da*****	poorly planned ux for the most critical part of this service- getting to photos. usually it's photos of receipts but the default gallery is all photos. it should default to camera photos. moreover, you cannot go back to photos, it goes back to the beginning of app.

2024-05-03	An*****	I've used Pleo in the past and it was a lot smoother. Payhawk doesn't reliably send a notification when you spend and the app itself can take more than 20 seconds to load at times. That's an eternity when you are standing at a checkout. So I find I have to take receipt pictures with the regular camera and go back and attach them later when I have more time. Adds a lot of friction. On the other hand I know it's a lot cheaper than Pleo.
