Recent reviews

Ridiculous customer support issue. It's not surprising for a doordash related app. Had an issue with an unauthorized transaction and merchant. They sent a 5-second auto reply email. Denying assistance, when emailed directly back, the person who barely speaks English has no interest in actually looking at the transaction. It is NOT resolved. A 5-second auto reply that is False is not A resolution. I'm so glad I won't have to deal with this app soon enough.

Over all DasherDirect has been an asset. Very easy to navigate, quick and accurate transactions, and they offer lots of money saving tips and tricks. Only negative thing I even experienced is not being able to use the money I earned wherever I choose. They don't let you use it on gambling sites but i suppose that isn't necessarily a bad thing. Would definitely recommend it.
