I paid my first installment 17 days early via bank transfer. The app said 1 working day to process, but 12 working days later, it was still not processed After 48 days, they claim they didn’t receive it, despite my bank confirming the transaction was completed They refuse to solve the issue and now demand I pay again with fees Despite proof of payment and all evidence, they won’t help. Save yourself the trouble-avoid dealing with this company at all costs! Terrible service! I emailed, No result
