Have had bad experience trying to use the coupons. Does not accept the code at places I tried using it. Also cannot find my redemption code after call interrupted using it and now says redeemed without actually using it.

Not very user friendly, not easy to find merchants and doesn't always work at the actual business.

Worst app ever! Used it at the restaurant a couple times. The app never gave the code that we were supposed to give to the restaurants, so we were looked at like we were a cheater. terrible feelings!

Does not work. Bring back paper coupon books.

App is garbage. App glitches often. Searching for places isn't easy. It doesn't tell whether there's a match for your search or not. Coupons aren't in alphabetical order for scrolling through while searching. Will not be purchasing a payback book in the future unless it's a hard copy.

This is a nice way to always have your coupons with you... HOWEVER, you need to have an index page of all the merchants so I don't have to scroll thru the entire sections just to see who's in there. I know you have a search button, but I don't want have to keep searching for merchants that end up not being in there. I mean really, who wants to spend all that time. Get it right and do an update to include an index like you had in the booklet

Attempting to redeem coupons results in coupons becoming unavailable for use before you can use it. This is either a scam, or an EXTREMELY poorly made app.
