One of the worst app I've ever used. Can't even login. OTP doesn't work, saying no network available when it clearly is. On the other phone the order is already made and paid with Gopay, but after payment the order still waits for payment until it's expired. Lost money for nothing.

Rude customer service. I sent package using 5° C shipment feature. It was arrived in normal temperature, all ice gels were completely melted and not even any dew was in sight. Hence, I assumed that the package was not in 5° C for too long. I asked where can I monitor the temperature tracker (I saw this feature on their website), the customer service answered that the temperature tracker is not available anymore and she ended the conversation immediately by saying good bye.
