2025-01-22	Ge*****	Trash few year back it worked fine no trash . U can't use the app .the Device itself. Is Get I have 3 . But the app is garbage the packs itself it doesn't stay connected to the app and you got to keep signing in it's trying to force you to set up reset it up and make another password okay then you do that then when you don't use it cuz I got three I don't use the gold one all the time but the gold one is the only one that'll link to the app The other two won't The app is garbage

2024-05-28	Al*****	(my model: PAX ERA) This amazing app enables one to very precisely moderate dosage. I had previously used the Pod selector, although at times I would also manually adjust the thermostat. The app's thermostat allows temperature setting between minimum 430 degrees Fahrenheit and maximum 790 degrees Fahrenheit, whereas without the app, PAX ERA simply has 4 temperature settings. For some reason, I only recently started using Session Control. It is so helpful and fun; I'll use it a lot now!

I do find that the app struggles with multiple devices; I often need to forget and re-add devices, although at least it remembers the name on re-pairing. and the syncing forever is kind of irritating. but even with those issues, I really enjoy the app!

Notification section always stuck on 'Device Syncing', as well as strain lab/test results fully grayed out. Doesn't automatically recognize pods even when they're Pax branded. I love this premise but needs to be reliable all the time for it to be useful.

Well programed and easy to use: only request would be if you could change the app home screen to something more informative/warmer. Ive had this for several months and snubbed the app, but this has really given me an appreciation of how finely tuned the Pax can be. A new buddy indeed :)

2022-01-09	De*****	PAX Era pro. I love the connectivity, the ability to FIND my device is a huge 8 out of 5 stars. I love the ability to set dosage and temp. Sleek, slim design is great. I would have given a 5 star rating If the device/app would have the ability to calculate for us how much of the cartridge has been used and how much of the product remains. a percentage maybe? The other issue is that at times the device will not let you inhale correctly, like the product is "stuck"?

Future release idea: a timer so you know how long you've had it at a certain temp. Also, use the notification bar to monitor it and adjust temp. Also: wish this came with the ability to set a max efficiency temp instead of only going straight to 420, if I could program it to stop at a lower temp that would be great. Keep up the great work

2021-11-01	Mi*****	Was a 5star review... However, now the app keeps opening up by it's self and on then I get bombarded by notifications. Probably, a side effect from a recent app update. Regardless, I'm close to deleting and using my Era without the detailed controls. Updated - I appreciate the response; honestly, I didn't expect it. I did adjust notification settings to reduce issues.

2021-07-30	Lo*****	Upgrade to pro and my games got removed. Ok I have 2 era's. My dispensary had a deal on era pro's so I upgraded. Get home, link it to my account. Great, auto recognizes the strain! Big plus! This is great. No more looking up the strains I bought. Everything is great except the one reason I love this app is because of the games. I loved the 3 games and lights on my regular eras. But upgrading to an era pro totally erased them. Bring our games back please.

2021-03-18	Dr*****	for some reason it will not sync with my Era 3. I can't search either. It says that I need an internet connection. there is no way I can find for a setting to use mobile data. That is very frustrating. maybe fix this that in a later update. Also the app is not picking up on the information from the cartridge that is inserted. Not sure if it's the company or the Cart itself.
