Unfortunately when it came to actually fulfilling on their emergency funds I've paid MONTHLY to be able to access, they completely dropped the ball and left me for the bill. Had the Emergency approved beforehand and then submitted my bill after and after making up a reason to deny me, I appeal and they come up with another excuse unrelated. Ive paid in over $1k over the years so $1800 is petty and unfortunate lawyers have to be involved.
