5 Heroes Mental Game Scorecard

Golf is played mostly between your ears. The 5 Heroes Mental Game Scorecard helps you train the part of
your game that decides the score: your focus, your composure, and how you respond after a bad shot.

Built with golf coach Paul Monahan, the app turns the mental game into something you can actually see,
track, and improve round after round.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Score your mental game, not just your strokes. Log each round with the numbers that matter to you:
score, par, putts, and greens in regulation.

Meet the 5 Heroes. Learn the five mindsets that steady the best players under pressure, and rate how
well you lived them during your round.

Spot your Heroes and Bandits. See which mental habits are helping you and which ones are costing you
shots, hole by hole.

Capture what happened. Add hole notes and post-round reflections while the round is still fresh, so the
lessons stick.

Set goals and watch the trend. Follow your progress over time with clear, round-by-round breakdowns
instead of guesswork.

WORK WITH YOUR COACH

Connect to a coach with a simple code and choose exactly what you share. Your coach can review your
rounds, spot patterns, and send focused feedback through their Coach Portal. You stay in control of your
data and can change your sharing or disconnect at any time.

WHO IT IS FOR

Golfers of every level who want to stop leaving shots on the course to nerves, frustration, or lost
focus. Whether you play competitively or just want to enjoy the game more, a stronger mental game lowers
your scores and raises your confidence.

Train your mind. Trust your swing. Play your best golf.
