Don't expect much customer support when your inquiry is not about a dispute between renter and owner of the camper. In such cases they most of the time don't reply at all even after I send reminders. Better go with one of its european competitors.

Seit Anfang des Jahres hat sich die App deutlich verschlechtert und bietet eine wirklich frustrierende user experience. Der Chat hängt sich bei jeder Nachricht auf, das Verfassen von Nachrichten ist zur nervtötenden Angelegenheit geworden. Buchungspreise lassen sich nicht mehr anpassen, dafür muss ich nun den Support anrufen, hoffen, dass ich durchkomme. Total ineffizient. Nichtmal das Icon in der Push-Nachricht wird ordentlich dargestellt. War vorher viel besser, jetzt total dilettantisch.
