Port & Plunder is a Caribbean pirate strategy game for 2-6 players. Set sail across treacherous waters, plunder merchant vessels, battle rival pirates, and race to build the most powerful fleet on the Caribbean seas. Every game is different — random island layouts, unpredictable Fate Cards, and cunning AI opponents keep the action fresh every time you play.

• Solo play against AI pirates of varying difficulty

⚔️ NAVAL COMBAT
When ships clash, the Naval Combat Board takes over. Maneuver your vessel, time your broadsides, and outgun your opponent in a tactical grid-based battle system. Fire cannons, ram enemy ships, or flee if the odds turn against you.

🎴 PIRATE FATE CARDS
Draw from a deck of dramatic events that can change the course of the game in an instant. Encounter merchant vessels ripe for plunder, face the fearsome Crown Ship Armada, survive hurricanes, endure mutiny, or play powerful retained cards like Ironsides and the Quartermaster to gain the edge over your rivals.

💰 PLUNDER & UPGRADES
Collect loot tokens across the board and bank them at your home port. Spend your spoils on ship upgrades — more sails for speed, extra guns for firepower, and increased hull strength to survive the fight. Buy additional ships to build a fleet and dominate the seas.

🌊 MERCHANT VESSELS
Spot a merchant vessel and give chase across the board. Catch it and trigger naval combat for a chance at rare loot. Let it escape and it's gone forever — timing your pursuit is everything.
