Fleet Maintenance Log

Fleet Maintenance Log is a local-first fleet maintenance log for cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, RVs, and small fleets. Track service history, oil changes, mileage, optional engine hours, vendors, costs, notes, and in-app due states in one clean garage.

Start with an empty garage, add your vehicles, then save service records as work is completed. The app keeps records on your device by default and does not require an account for the core maintenance log.

Use Fleet Maintenance Log to:

- Add vehicle profiles for cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, and RVs.
- Log service records with date, odometer, optional engine hours, vendor, cost, and notes.
- Review service history by vehicle.
- Search, sort, and filter saved records.
- Create flexible reminders by date, mileage, engine hours, or combined triggers.
- Enable optional Android alerts for due-date reminders.
- Update vehicle mileage and engine hours manually.
- Review year-to-date service spend and category totals.
- Share text service reports, CSV data, local backup JSON, or Premium PDF service packets.
- Import selected receipt/photo/document attachments into app-private storage, or save manual attachment reference details such as labels, captions, and file/link text.
- Restore a local backup by importing a selected backup JSON file or pasting validated backup JSON.
- Copy support and privacy-policy details from the app.
- Delete all local app data from inside the app.
- Optionally unlock Premium service templates, repeat-maintenance planning, advanced cost insights, and PDF service packets through a one-time Google Play purchase.

Current release notes:

- Due-date notification alerts are optional and require user permission on Android.
- In-app camera capture and document-picker save are not included in this release.

Fleet Maintenance Log is an informational utility for user-entered vehicle records. It is not an official inspection, compliance, safety, legal, financial, GPS, cloud sync, or manufacturer service.
