2024-08-14	An*****	Cannot Pause / Cancel / Unsubscribe from subscription as advertised. Unable to edit the numbers down to zero. Can only select 1-20. Can't delete curret debit card details from account. Cleaner turned up 3 weeks ago after I had supposedly switched off my subscription for that month in the app 3 weeks before. I don't want this service any more but the mobile app and web app are making it impossible to stop. Getting to the point where I'll have to report to my bank.

2024-04-24	Ja*****	Missing core functionality. Cannot edit or properly manage subscriptions. Cancellation of subscription must be done over the phone or via email direct. Good idea but there's a long way to go before this becomes anything more than a calendar. Make it possible to edit jobs, manage subscriptions, etc. please.

2024-04-24	Cr*****	Poor app no way to cancel subscription as the sales man said and phone number dosent work either not had my first wash yet but cancelled my next payment through the bank will talk to the window cleaner's if they turn up you live and learn 🤔
