This has been the worst experience ever! They only operate uk hours so their supposed 1 hour service doesn't work. I'm in NZ and it wasted my whole morning trying to use it! which is valuable time when there is a passport deadline. I ended up using ephoto instead which delivered in minutes and wasn't expensive. They have no customer service and have offered no help. They have stolen my money. Which after 2 tries has amounted to over $100nz for something that I could use! Awful experience!
