I used to really enjoy this app and be able to easily access our most recent galleries for easy social sharing and phone downloads, but now all I can see are old galleries and none of our most recent galleries which is counterintuitive. We pay over $400 for this service per year and their app is barely functional at this point. uncool.

2024-01-25	Lo*****	Awful. Forced to use the desktop version on mobile. Galleries not showing up nor is the photographer interface. Logging me in as a customer. There are 2 other issues I have with PASS gallery itself. When adding new images to an existing client gallery, I wish the newest series of added images would automatically sit at the top instead it having to move it from the bottom. My other issue is that I wish the client gallery with the most recent activity would hop to the top for more efficiency.

2024-01-17	Sh*****	Loved this app until recently - I could download client galleries right to my phone and it organized them into neat albums for me. Now they removed my photographer interface completely and Im so bummed.

2023-06-21	Br*****	I had been loving PASS gallery until this week. My interface suddenly isn't working at all (and neither is a fellow photographers of mine). So it's not just me. I restarted my phone, deleted, re-uploaded the apps, tried browser and on desktop. I have zero access to my interface. The support guy just told me they have no access to the backend of the app, and have no plans to fix this issue. Umm, I even pay for the subscription for additional benefits! I will be canceling immediately...

When I AM able to, and try to download photos to my phone it doesn't work. I can't select "enter" at all on photographer interface page to access what I need. I'm about to switch over to pixieset. This is ridiculous

2021-10-09	Sa*****	I found this app to be suitable for what I need. It was easy to access the albums that I have uploaded and to scroll through the photos. It is simple to place the photos into carts to be printed or to download to your device. I would suggest making the typeface a little more readable as it's very light and difficult to read on a small screen. Also, trying to do much on the Pass website on a phone is next to impossible because it's too small to read the menus and doesn't allow for zooming in.
