BirdCare is a dedicated parrot management app designed to allow you to manage your pet parrot's daily records, health changes, vet visits, medication, egg-laying, and photo records all in one place.

Since parrots often do not outwardly reveal changes in their condition, keeping a daily record is crucial. BirdCare organizes and displays weight, condition, photos, notes, and vet records so that owners do not miss even small daily changes.

Key Features

Parrot Profile Management

You can create individual profiles for each parrot. You can record and manage their name, breed, subspecies, gender, birthday, adoption date, profile picture, and notes. You can also check at a glance how long they are old and how long you have been living with them.

Weight Recording and Graphs

You can record weight by date and view it in a graph. Based on recent records, you can check weight gain, loss, and whether it falls within the normal range. You can also check the number of records by period, making it easy to manage consistently. Health Status Reference Analysis

It summarizes and displays the current status by referencing weight changes, growth stage, gender, average weight by species, recent condition records, and disease management records. The analysis results are provided with simple explanations to help guardians easily understand why specific conditions require attention.

Condition Record

You can record daily conditions such as appetite, activity level, bowel movements, respiration, and feather condition. If conditions requiring attention are identified in the record, they are reflected in the health analysis to help determine if a veterinary consultation is necessary.

Disease Management

You can check information on important parrot diseases, such as PBFD and PDD, and record diseases that are diagnosed or being managed. For parrots with registered diseases, you can check their management status on the home screen and in the detailed analysis, and also view precautions to take when caring for the affected parrot.

Veterinary Records and Appointment Notifications

You can save veterinary visit records, the name of the clinic, the date of the visit, treatment details, and notes. Registering your next veterinary appointment allows you to receive notifications on the day of the appointment and before the scheduled time, helping you avoid missing important appointments. You can view a list of veterinary clinics capable of treating parrots by region within the app. You can utilize clinic information in your records, making it easier to keep track of your visits.

Medication Management

You can record the medication name, duration, dosage, notes, and whether the medication was administered in the morning, afternoon, or evening, as well as the time. You can receive notifications when it is time to administer medication, making it easy to manage your medication schedule.

Egg Laying and Hatching Records

You can manage the egg-laying records of female parrots. You can record the date the eggs were laid, the number of eggs, their condition, whether they hatched, whether they were infertile, and whether the egg-laying was stopped. Hatched eggs can be automatically registered as new profiles. You can also view your all-time egg-laying records separately.

Photo Records

When you change your profile picture, a photo record is saved by date. You can view the growth process or changes in appearance through photos, and search for dates when photos are available.

Cage Management

If you have multiple parrots living together, you can group them by cage for management. You can refer to information on parrots in the same cage to help assess a female's weight gain or egg-laying potential.

Food Safety Search

You can quickly search for foods that parrots can eat and foods they should avoid. You can check information on raw-food diets, such as fruits, vegetables, and nuts, and guidance is provided on foods requiring caution, along with the reasons. You can also record and manage the opening dates of grains or pellets.

Behavioral Guide and First Aid Guide

You can check situations that owners frequently encounter, such as loss of appetite, respiratory issues, feather plucking, bowel abnormalities, lethargy, and egg-laying problems. Signs requiring immediate veterinary care and basic first aid measures that can be performed at home are also organized.

Adoption and Care Guide

For first-time parrot owners, you can view step-by-step information on pre-adoption preparation, CITES documentation, how to verify a healthy individual, essential supplies, food management, living environment, and precautions for beginners. You can also check parrot characteristics by size, which helps you choose the parrot that best suits you. Home Screen Status Badges

You can view status updates immediately on the home screen, such as weight abnormalities, egg laying, medication, vet appointments, and disease management. This allows owners raising multiple birds to quickly check important statuses.

Notification Settings

You can set notifications for vet appointments, medication, and weight records. Unnecessary notifications can be turned off in the settings screen, allowing you to customize the app to your specific management style.
