MeritUp is a mobile application and web platform that allows any worker, regardless of their industry or contract, to make themselves visible to the public, be geolocated (optionally), receive authentic reviews from customers, earn digital tips, and build a professional reputation accessible from anywhere. The app includes features such as a personal QR code, a public profile, a meritocratic ranking, direct contact for job offers, and a freemium structure with subscription options. The goal is to make merit visible and rewardable every month (with travel packages) for any worker.
