2025-01-02	An*****	As a tenant, this app was the WORST thing to happen at my complex. Just a money grab meant to inconvenience tenants. Do what you can to make sure your apartment building does not use this application. I will be starting a petition to have my building drop this application.

2024-11-14	Vi*****	Everytime I open this app it acts like I've never opened it before and wants me to register and add my vehicle all over again. Don't see any benefit at all, don't know why Miro would force this junk on to residents. UPDATE! We have tandem parking and when I got home there was a car in my spot. I had to figure it out w Miro, and my other car was blocked in for hours. Then in the morning I had a warning about parking in an unauthorized spot and that the next time I'd be charged $50. Joke

2024-10-29	ch*****	Pathetic customer support. Charged me a bunch of fees because the app didn't let me extend my reservation. Customer support won't explain why they are giving a partial refund and how they calculated it.

2024-05-15	Al*****	I pay nearly 100 bucks a months for parking not even on site, not even a security camera, trying to get support to handle people who ding my car, crack my windshield and park in my spot is basically impossible. If you see a landlord who uses the app run, all they want is to take your money and hand management of even the smallest of things to someone else. On top of that it's another mother f ing app on my goddam phone I need to do anything anyone with even a foul wisp of gentrific.

This conveniently occurs on the last day to update your billing to your bank account, so you do not incur a 3% fee for using your credit/debit card. There is no website on which you can sign in to, so if the app goes down, you have no recourse. What a terrible way to run a business, for the consumer.
