Parkonomy

Very poor. I had to install and use this app for the first time today because the car park ticket machine was out of service. The app has no information on my transaction, such as how much I paid and when my session will end. Not likely to use this again.

Where do I even start with this joke an app? I don't know who they paid to design this trash, but it doesn't work. I tried to pay for parking when I took my daughter ice skating. It refused my card repeatedly (That has never happened before) like other users. It crashed repeatedly. When I finally got my parking paid, 17 minutes later, I thought all would be well. Nope, a few weeks later I get a £60 fine. How this company is still operational is beyond me. Absolute charlatans.
