It connects to the User App so valets receive booking requests, accept assignments, and manage the parking and delivery workflow with minimal steps. The app focuses on fast, reliable, and secure handling of cars so customers receive great service and valets stay organized.

Key Features

Real-time booking requests: Receive and review valet bookings that users place from the User App. Each request includes relevant details—user name, vehicle plate number, model, color, and pickup location.

Accept or reject bookings: Quickly accept assignments with one tap to confirm you will handle the booking, or reject if unavailable.

Booking status updates: Mark bookings as Accepted, Parked, Ready for Delivery, or Completed so the user app shows accurate status to customers.

Simple delivery flow: When a user requests delivery, view the request details, locate the parked vehicle using the parking location you saved, and mark it as Delivered once completed.

Vehicle identification: Clear vehicle details (plate number, model, color) help valets match cars quickly and avoid confusion.

Notifications: Get notified of new bookings, delivery requests, or status changes so you never miss an assignment.

Profile & account management: Manage your profile and contact details. Users can delete their accounts from the User App, and valet accounts can be managed within this app as well.

Data privacy & security: Only essential information (first name, last name, email, phone number) is collected for service delivery and identification. Data is stored securely according to our Privacy Policy.

Multi-location support: Designed to work across multiple parking zones, venues, and properties—useful for hotels, malls, restaurants, and events.

How it works

Sign in with credentials provided by the parking operator or management.

Receive bookings sent from the User App with vehicle and booking details.

Accept a booking to confirm you will handle the job.

Park the car and update the booking status to Parked. Save parking location notes if needed.

Deliver when the user requests their car—update status to Delivered and complete the booking.
