I can never sign in. Keeps forgetting my password.... even though I have it saved. And when you click on "forgotten password" it says it has sent an email, but I don't get anything. All I want to do is add a vehicle. Now I can't park without having to pay a fortune

Watch out for the Park Again feature! It seemed really convenient, as I commute from the same station regularly, as it's just a tap and swipe to pay again as you're running for a train. From the penalty notice I got for Christmas, I found out Park Again doesn't mean in the same car as last time, as it used the reg for a car I sold 6 months back. They rejected my appeal too - my fault for assuming the app worked as it suggests. Hopefully the developers will correct it this.
