2025-01-09	Si*****	Watch out for the Park Again feature! It seemed really convenient, as I commute from the same station regularly, as it's just a tap and swipe to pay again as you're running for a train. From the penalty notice I got for Christmas, I found out Park Again doesn't mean in the same car as last time, as it used the reg for a car I sold 6 months back. They rejected my appeal too - my fault for assuming the app worked as it suggests. Hopefully the developers will correct it this.

The kind of is in reference to the fact that every time I have used it so far, after swiping to purchase, the app hangs on processing. I go through the payment hoops but then hang. Trying to bring it back to life, only results in the option to cancel the transaction. Since the smallest excuse for a private car parking company to fine you, is ever looming, not ideal.

2024-11-05	mi*****	Will give this a higher rating but today it has inconvenienced me immensely did my normal walk off to the train routine and pay for app only to find out once arrived in London the payment declined then unable to login to carry park and the website is down, so I'm going to get a ticket which I will have to spend time to fight!!!

2024-09-14	Ju*****	Downloaded this app to enable easier payment for parking at my local town's shopping centre. Created a profile & added my credit card details. 30 mins later, I received a fraud alert from my credit card provider. Subsequently, 2 stopped attempts for payment from other random online subscription services. Card has now been stopped. I've deleted all my data from the Saba app but am unable to fully delete my account as this function is not available on app. Saba support only available Mon-Fri.

2020-08-05	Ma*****	Whilst I've only found one local car Park to use this app once set up its easy. I have 3 vehicles but the app makes it simple to switch between them. On the two occasions I've paid twice in error they have been quick to refund. The app remembers your last choice and so that is the new default until you change it. Really simple.

Of course, having paid for the parking, and parking a car that is on the account, "isn't grounds for appeal" 🙄 The app should force the choice of vehicle, or at least default to the last used. Seems Saba are happier taking the fine than adding a bit of user friendly design. Beware!

I after around a week of being installed I am faced with the 'UNAUTHORISED' error message which stops me being able to do anything in the app. The only fix for this is to completely uninstall and reinstall the app. This resulted in a parking charge which couldn't be appealed even though it was SABAs fault. Months later the same problem persists. This app is the worst app I have ever used bar none. Terrible. AVOID.

2020-01-30	A *****	Works for me apart from getting promoted for card verification. Not sure if this is my bank doing it or the app but it's just annoying having to copy/paste the code. Also sometimes after having pasted the verification code, I get a web page error and the transaction doesn't go through so have to do it again. At least I can do this from the train rather than immediately so that solves that problem. However, the payment process could be improved.

Not used for my daily ticket yet but already found you cannot book a season ticket ("no rates available") nor book in advance it just times out. This is with full 4G signal. It seemed ok to do one for now, gave correct price etc. However given my lack of trust for anything or anyone involved in the parking industry, I will likely never use this app. Good old fashioned change for me.
