2024-12-31	Am*****	I already paid when I was parked but now I see I have another session that has a bill just building up by the second. So what is going to happen if I didn't see this I was going to go there and get a bill of over a thousand etc. Not going there again.

2024-12-23	Ve*****	Groote Schuur Hospital parket system is inconsistent. App says I can go to the boom and it will open, get there and was told to turn around. On top of that I see that my app has a bill of R72, I was charged for when I left until I returned the next day.

Complained via the app and email (with receipt to prove I manually paid), didn't even get any acknowledgement. Better off just scanning the QR code and paying. Uninstalling the app ASAP - the erroneous debit to my card was one thing, but 0 customer service is a big red flag

Despite having credit loaded, bookings and hourly sessions are charged to my bank card instead. This is counterintuitive. Additionally, my request for assistance through the app went unanswered.

2024-11-04	Da*****	There is no authentication for payments past adding a card, which means that someone can steal your car and drive out of the so-called secure parking area while you are charged for the convenience. Utterly ridiculous. What is the point of the boom then?
