User reviews consistently report a broken Velib' app and service: repeated server errors and crashes, payment issues, unreliable bikes with many being out of order or lacking battery, problematic sign-up, and inaccurate bike/station availability. This results in frequent failed attempts to ride, poor user experience, and little perceived value for the subscription.

Recent reviews

Payment fails every time, claiming my bank turned down the payment. Also not user friendly (having the burger menu next to the search bar in the middle of the screen is confusing). I'd also add that compared to Velov in Lyon the service is quite expensive (€3/€300 deposit VS €1.8/€150)
