Looks like the ticket purchasing section is still broken same as reported yesterday 30/10/2024.

This is not a userfriendly app. It only allow user to purchase a ticket at a time. What if I have 4 kids and I need to repeat the same process and payment for 4 times which you won't see in any other similar apps. Secondly, after you made a payment, the status indicate processing and request user come after 5mins to check it. Eventually all orders were cancelled by the system whereby I have no idea what's going on. Nothing else info to show and I have to buy and repeat the same process again.
