2023-02-27	am*****	Haven't been able to access the messages in the app since the latest update. Ongoing issue open with the customer service team but it is still not resolved. Happy with the rest of the updates but if I can't receive or respond to messages at the Nursery via the app it's causing split process and creates the potential to miss important updates distributed by the nursery staff i.e. illnesses, specific closures etc.
