2026-05-25	Mu*****	I genuinely wouldn’t even give this app 1 star if there was a choice. The whole thing feels like a scam wrapped in a parcel tracker. Since when did customers have to pay extra just to properly track a package that retailers already paid to have delivered? That should be the bare minimum. Unfortunately I got lumped with Relay after my parcel was passed over from DPD, and the experience went downhill instantly.
