Realtor Portal

Realtor Portal is a white-label platform that real estate firms use to run their deals and keep clients informed, built by Parallel Studios LLC. It runs on the web and as native iOS and Android apps, so an agent can work from a laptop while a client follows the whole transaction from their phone.
A firm signs up and starts on a 14-day free trial. Whoever creates the firm becomes its admin: they invite the rest of the team, set each person's role, and brand the entire experience with the firm's logo, colors, and tagline. Clients don't see "Realtor Portal" stamped on everything. They see the firm they hired.
Most of the work happens inside a deal. The agent adds the client, the homes involved, and the dates that matter (inspection, appraisal, closing), then moves the deal through clear stages as it progresses: home search, preparing an offer, under contract, closing, closed. The client sees that same progress on their own screen in plain language, with a note on what comes next, so they aren't left guessing or calling for an update.
It handles both sides of a transaction without letting them bleed into each other. A buyer's agent can track several homes a client is weighing, and people on the seller's side only ever see the one house the deal actually lands on, never the buyer's full shortlist. Listing agents get a version tuned to selling: the home leads the workspace, offers come in and can be accepted, countered, or rejected, and showings and buyer interest sit in a single view. A seller can even add the home they're selling and attach disclosures or other paperwork right when they create it.
Communication lives in the deal too. There's a group thread everyone on the deal can read, plus private one-to-one messages between two parties. Either the agent or the client can upload documents, and signing works by pasting a signing link and marking who needs to sign, so there's no separate tool to buy. Tours can be requested with a specific date and time, confirmed or rescheduled by the agent, with a countdown to the next one on the client's home screen.
Attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and other parties can be added with permissions that fit their role, so each person sees what they need and nothing they shouldn't. Firm admins and brokers get a team-management area, a list of overdue and at-risk deadlines across every agent, and firm-wide analytics on the higher plans.
Pricing is simple. Solo covers a single agent, Team covers up to ten, and Brokerage covers up to fifty, with the larger plans adding the oversight and analytics tools. No payment is taken inside the mobile apps; billing is handled on the web, and an account can be deleted at any time.
