When performing anaerobic exercise, there is a function that registers the posture with the camera in advance and counts the number of motions during exercise. You can register up to three postures from one division action (during holding exercise). Exercise types can be divided into upper body, lower body, and whole body exercises and registered, and you can create and use personal routine exercises by combining the registered exercises as desired.

For aerobic exercise, there is a general run tracking function and a reference point comparison run function. The general running tracking function provides information such as the average time required per 1 km, the total distance traveled, and the total distance traveled per minute when performing a running exercise. The reference point comparison running function allows you to compare the total distance traveled per minute while performing a running exercise based on the user's running records recorded through the general running tracking function. The comparison results are announced during the exercise every minute.

Saved exercise records can be checked in the form of a calendar. If you tap a date displayed on the calendar, you can view the exercise list and exercise records for that day in detail.

1. Location permission (this device's location permission): This permission is required when recording running using GPS, Wi-Fi, and location information received from base stations.

After agreeing to access rights, you can reset or revoke access rights as follows.

Upgrade the operating system to revoke access or delete the app
