2023-07-13	Sa*****	UPDATE: The lovely Starr who makes the workouts so understandable reached out to help me understand the other features. It would be great if this info were available in a read me on the app. Overall this is a great app. I have mobility issues and so find it hard to work out. The workouts are perfect for me and tailored to my needs. I like the audio instructions, they're nice and clear, the instructor makes it easy to understand what to do and I can listen to them on my headphones.

2022-03-15	Be*****	Please consider changing the format for required age from slide monthly calendar(?!) to a more straight forward scroll month, year, date. I'm older at age 66 so that was a LOT of tapping through 12 month calendars to get to my birthdate. Some people would NOT do that!
