Poor customer service.
Complications in accessing existing subscriptions.
Frequent error messages preventing access to purchased issues.

Can't read it on a small phone, can't download mags, downloads disappear, Good Sam told me this was the only way to get digital versions, doesn't work, no refunds, horrible customer service. Don't get any apps from Good Sam or Camping World...they are horrible!
