I have Interstitial Cystitis and I use this app to track my bladder frequency. It's easy to use and you can also email your records and print them. I only use that one feature so I can't speak to the rest of the app but you can also keep track of way more things than just frequency and you can even make notes with each entry. Highly recommend this app.

Just take your phone into the bathroom with you and log your results right after you wash your hands. Very convenient!
