2026-08-16	Du*****	Hugh CPU on my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is killing the battery. Seems to all be in the background. Ads have increased by at least double. Gave it two stars until the CPU usage is fixed. Edit: lowered to 1 star because they want me to reach out to their support for their issue. This is what you have developers for and my time is worth more than that. If you want better ratings, fix your app.

2026-08-15	BP*****	want to upgrade to a family plan, but you make it difficult to upgrade to. I should just be able to upgrade, I shouldn't have to cancel and wait for it to end, then renew? that's annoying. why should I have to gave to force myself to have an interruption in service if I want to give you more money?

2026-08-15	Al*****	It takes so much to even just get it to play music. I used to really like this music software but now it's just angering me. Though I have little tricks on how to deal with it, it can get annoying when it's stuck on the loading page.
