2024-12-30	Th*****	This app is terrible. You can't remove anything from your cart. I want to remove a deal and something else, I click delete, then a pop confirmation comes to which I say yes I want to remove, then nothing happens..Even closing the app and reopening doesn't help. What's the point of an app that doesn't work?

2024-07-24	Er*****	Tiny cheesecake for 5.40 can't get refunded at store cause paid online, can't go back from checkout pop-up, had to close app 5 times and restart order everything to get it right. Was good before but today was a dud. Too bad you ask for review the day you screw me over out of my money for not allowing me to pass on an overpriced item and be reimbursed for while at the store plus buggy app. Would not have pursued to leave a review over this but the darn thing asked me so fugg it, there you have it

2024-06-24	Al*****	deleted the app because it stopped working. website has now also stopped working, tried the app again and it still doesn't work. both are telling me that adding items to my cart has failed and It doesn't seem to matter what I try.

2024-05-24	Ca*****	The app has gotten better over the years but once every few orders it likes to reset itself while entering payment information or pickup/delivery times. At least now you can find the order you had just created and begin the payment process again from that point on.

2023-06-10	Se*****	It's supposed to speed up ordering but I can not get it process an order to save my...dinner. Not once. We always end up either calling or paying at the door, begrudgingly. Everytime I report it when I call to order the staff don't even respond to the concern or offer any solutions. It's easier to call if you really want panago, I've wasted a lot of time with this app.

2022-07-03	Ty*****	Garbage app, can't even create an account. Trying to set up an account and it keeps giving an error that says "Password cannot be blank" I mean, if Panago doesn't want to test their apps, and they'd prefer losing business, then Dominos' app works great. I'll go there.

2022-05-27	An*****	I couldn't even login to the app. As soon as I filled in the credentials and tapped on the Login button, it cleared my password and complained with the error "Password can't be blank". My password had 65 characters. I suspected the app was not design to consider long passwords (although the field could take it). I then changed my password to 16 characters on the web. (Sidetrack: there was no change password option and I had to do Forgot password, why?) Same problem with 16 characters…

2021-09-25	Ri*****	A simple and pleasant app. Only feedback would be to include the capability for customers to be advised if toppings are unavailable BEFORE the final page of order confirmation. This makes it easy for clients, rather than having to go back to change everything at the end.
