User Reviews

User reviews are mixed. Many praise the app as good/nice and entertaining, but a sizable number report serious issues: unauthorized charges, harassment by staff, glitches, and poor support. The Palringo takeover is a recurring sore point, with accusations of bias and nostalgia for the old version. Overall, experiences vary widely.

Pros

Several reviewers describe the app as good, nice, or satisfying.
The app can provide hours of entertainment and interactive social experiences when it works.
Some users feel the takeover improved the app, making it merrier and more interactive.

Cons

Reports of unauthorized charges and potential fraud linked to the app.
Harassment or abusive behavior by staff/moderators and inconsistent moderation.
Technical glitches and usability issues (glitchy UI, keyboard not appearing, inability to access the gallery).
Perceived bias or discrimination after the Palringo takeover, with language/community support concerns.
Slow or unresponsive customer support.

Recent reviews

I received three unauthorized SAR 3.80 charges from “Google WOLF Qanawat” within minutes, even though I had never installed or used this app. The purchases did not appear in my Google Play history. I had to cancel my bank card and request a replacement. I only installed this app afterward because Google Play required installation to leave a review. I hope Google and the developers investigate this.
