Product is Not as said as in the app , low quality .... Delivery agent marked the product as delivered but I didn't recieved and next day the agent and gave me the order , regarding the same I had complained , and no response from customer service team since 3days....I tried to call them many times and Mailed them many times But Not a single response got from them . I wanna return the order please resolve my problem....! ......WORST EXPERIENCE EVER........!

I placed an order for my girlfriend before valentine's day. I paid for it and the next day I received an email saying my order cancellation request has been accepted. Another email saying it was cancelled because of some unforeseen circumstances. It's fine if it's cancelled...it's been more than 48 working hours and I still didn't get my refund, I need that money to place another order elsewhere so that the gift reaches me before valentine's day. I'm a student, I don't have extra money to order.
