PalaCoach is a smart padel coaching app that helps players improve their performance through automatic video analysis and personalized AI-powered feedback. Simply record or upload your match, and PalaCoach will transform it into a detailed performance report in minutes. Using advanced computer vision and cloud technology, PalaCoach detects rallies, movements, and shot types, while also tracking player positions and reaction times. The video is analyzed with AWS Rekognition Video and Google Cloud Video Intelligence, generating precise data about your game, including rally duration, shot frequency, movement patterns, and court positioning. Once the analysis is complete, OpenAI interprets the data to create a personalized report divided into five sections: • Personal Analysis: A summary of your playing style and consistency. • Detailed Statistics: Key metrics such as shot accuracy, movement efficiency, and rally patterns. • Recommendations: Specific tips to improve tactics, timing, and positioning. • Exercises: AI-generated exercises to reinforce your weaknesses. • Targeted corrections: technical adjustments to improve control and precision.

Each report includes between 8 and 12 ideas designed to help players improve in every match. The results are displayed on a visual dashboard that allows you to monitor your progress, compare past results, and see how your game evolves over time. The app also features an interactive AI chat assistant that allows you to ask questions about your performance, strategy, or current trends in padel. It acts like a real coach, offering detailed and context-based answers based on your last match data. PalaCoach integrates Stripe for secure subscriptions and payments, allowing users to access premium features and accessories, such as the magnetic phone mount, which makes recording matches easier. All uploads and data are securely managed through encrypted cloud services and private video storage on Amazon S3. Built on Bubble.io, PalaCoach coordinates all workflows, from video uploads and AI analysis to results visualization and user management, through a seamless, mobile-optimized interface.
